There are now two bills identical bills in Congress to repeal the Tan Tax -- the 10% excise tax on tanning services that is being used to fund the Healthcare Reform Legislation that passed in the last Congress.

Congressman Michael Grimm (R-NY) introduced H.R. 2092 and Senator Olympia Snowe (R-ME) introduced S. 1278.
